15 Minute Stove-top Granola

QUICK & EASY GRANOLA

I am so obsessed with granola, but usually when I crave it I'm too hungry to wait an hour for it to bake - and I'm not that organised to prep for the next day. So, this STOVE TOP (I know!) granola is so perfect if you are like me and a little impatient hehe.

it takes 15 minutes (well 20-25 including cool time but ya know, it's still quick!), and so easy to make!

It is also GRAIN FREE & OIL FREE!!


INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 cup nuts (walnuts/cashews/pecans/almonds), chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple


DIRECTIONS

Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
Add in vanilla, tahini and maple and mix well to combine.
Heat a non stick pan on low-medium heat.
Heat granola for 1–15 minutes stirring frequently.
Take off heat, transfer to cooling rack/tray and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes (this is get it nice and crunchy).
