Fudgey Gluten Free Brownies
VEGAN + GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES

They are super easy to make, and made with ingredients you probably have in your pantry.
The ingredients are super nutritious like oats which are rich in fibre, cacao full of magnesium and peanut butter which is full of healthy fats!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup oat flour (I just blend up oats until flour consistency)
1/2 cup cacao
1 cup coconut sugar
2 flax eggs (3 tbsp ground flax mixed with 6 tbsp water)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup plant based milk
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 170C.
Prepare flax egg and allow to rest for 5 mins.
Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a lined brownie tray.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins.
Allow to cool to room temp., then slice up and enjoy!!
