Super Green Pasta
KALE PASTA - BUT SO DELICIOUS
Ok this pasta looks amazing and is filled with so many nutrients and tastes incredible!!
If you’re someone who doesn’t love the taste of kale, this recipe is for you, you honestly can’t taste the kale at all but still get all those amazing health benefits from it.
Bonus; it is soo easy and simple to make.
INGREDIENTS
Handful fresh basil leaves
Approx. 6 cups kale leaves, rinsed and de stemmed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup cashews, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
Back pepper
Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
1/2 cup plant based milk or water
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Cook pasta to packet instructions.
Once drained add back into pot with sauce to warm the sauce up.
Top with some vegan parmesan, nutritional yeast or grated macadamia.
