Hemp Seed Falafel

THE SUPERSTAR; HEMP SEED

I want to talk a little about hemp seeds - they are probably my number 1 plant based super food.
They are literally packed full of so much goodness - protein, healthy fats, omegas and sooo versatile.
You can add them to smoothies, breakfast bowls, Avo toast, you can make creamy sauces or dips with them, or like here add them to falafels!!!

There are soo many falafel recipes out there, I’ve tried many! These little hemp babies are so delicious and maybe some of the best I’ve tried! Packed full of so much flavour, super nutritious and baked to perfection.

The whipped tahini is the perfect match and adds so much goodness!
Serve with some salad or pita breads.
